The nominees for the 2014 British Fashion Awards have been announced. Vivienne Westwood has been nominated for the Creative Campaign Award, competing against Lanvin and Louis Vuitton for ‘the most innovative and dynamic piece of editorial or advertising in the past year.’ J.W Anderson has been nominated for two categories; both Womenswear Designer and Menswear Designer, as has Alexander McQueen who has been nominated for the Red Carpet Designer award and the Brand award. The public is invited to have their say regarding the winner of the British Style Award – ‘An individual who most embodies the spirit of British fashion and is an international ambassador for London as a leading creative fashion capital.’ Votes can be cast via the website.
The winners will be announced on the 1st December 2014 at an exclusive event at the London Coliseum.
