In an industry dominated by women’s fashion, menswear has had to take a backseat. But over the last 5 years, the male fashion market has been growing faster than ever. Now worth an astounding  £12.9 billion, it’s time for good quality menswear to step into the limelight. Last Thursday saw the launch of ‘in house’ menswear collection, the Dapper Stag in Notting Hill’s Woodhouse Clothing for their 40th anniversary.

With a Gents Hairdressing Saloon on the lower level, Woodhouse Clothing has a unique vibe. Located in a cosy store on Westbourne Grove, party-goers were swooning over the new collection. Within first glimpse of Dapper Stag, you could see that it was good quality menswear, handpicked for the Woodhouse ‘gent’. One of the standout pieces is the Wax Jacket with a brown corduroy collar; a staple in British men’s fashion. Another must-have piece from the collection is the classic Striped Oxford that is wearable in almost all occasions. Using only the finest UK manufacturers, Woodhouse Clothing have ensured great quality for their merchandise.

With Dapper Stag brand ambassadors wearing the collection during the launch, it was easy to see how the range translates from the clothing rail to everyday style and fashion.
