The next generation of fashion creatives and taste makers put their visions on display at the London College of Fashion MA16 Exhibition in Victoria House this Wednesday. Featuring a selection of work from a range of post-graduate courses, the exhibition is expected to give us an insight into the future of fashion. From fashion film and photography to accessories and clothing, the new breed of industry innovators will showcase their collections for the public.
MA Fashion Photography student, Bo Li, combines the creative outlets of illustration and photography to produce the pastel perfection that is ‘Epic Dream’. Peng Chen of the LCF MA Menswear course will showcase his equality inspired ‘one-sized’ collection, which targets customers of all body shapes; a concept that truly outlines what the future of fashion is leading towards. MA Fashion Artefact designer, Biyuan Zhang, explores the notion of fetishism and its taboo in China by mixing her designs with Western craftsmanship to normalise the forbidden concept.
Beginning on February 17th, expect to see fashion’s future through LCF’s pioneering creatives.
