Inspired by English Queen Anne Neville, and in an idyllic state of mine whilst pregnant with her son Joshua, Lulu Liu’s latest collection showcases pure opulence with a playful twist.
Her imagined creature, a dragon fish named Yarrow Wando, features on the finest of silks in a palette of rich corals, deep fuchsias and soft cream. Other key pieces include hand woven basket weaved patterns and voluptuous dresses and blouses, inspired by Victorian style infant wear.
The use of luxurious silks and soft leather makes Lulu Liu’s Spring Summer ensemble a feminine wearable collection for 2014.
