Despite the reference to London subculture in Oliver Spencer’s AW14 collection, there is also a strong sense of quality and luxury in the pieces. Architecture is another strong influence and takes the form a newly weaved herringbone fabric and repeating patterns. There is a coming together of traditional tailoring and modern cuts, old sitting comfortably next to new, mirroring the contrasting architecture that makes up London’s skyline.

Nylon is a key fabric for the collection and takes the form of a lightweight mac and judo pants. Black, navy and forest green make up the colour palette, broken up by sudden bursts of vivd orange and rustier tones.
